Summary: Disappointed there was no room service available when the website states that there is room service. Restaurant was not open in the evening although website states there is a restaurant! Had to order food at the bar and wait there for food order. Bar was understaffed, only 1 person serving and she was taking the food orders and bagging up the food, as well as trying to serve beverages to guests, resulting in long waits for everyone.
